Orders and Shipping
Your order is usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
Unfortunately, orders can no longer be changed once submitted. If you need a change, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will check whether an adjustment is still possible before dispatch.
Yes, we also deliver to parcel lockers. Please make sure you enter the correct address during checkout.

Care and Cleaning
• Do not wear it during sport, showering, bathing or in the sauna. • Store it in a dry place, ideally in a jewellery box or the jewellery pouch.
• Wipe it briefly with a soft cloth after heavy perspiration.
• Put your jewellery on only after applying perfume or creams.
We recommend avoiding specialised jewellery cleaners or polishing cloths. In most cases, a soft cloth is enough.
Slight tarnishing can happen through contact with air. Polish it carefully with a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaning agents.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, you may return your order within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please return it unworn within 14 days. Once we receive the return, we will process the exchange.
Sale items are excluded from return unless the item is faulty or there is another issue.
Please return the jewellery in its original packaging or in another secure package.
